Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
In-stock orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after successful processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address associated with your order once it has shipped.

Please note that order processing may take up to 3 business days if your purchase is flagged for potential fraudulent activity. If this occurs, you will receive an email from our partner NoFraud after your purchase, allowing you to confirm your order and expedite the verification process.

Changes to Shipping Details
Once an order is processed or has shipped, any modifications—including but not limited to address changes, placing the order on hold, or updating shipping preferences—will forfeit eligibility for replacements or refunds. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately so we can assist before the order is processed.
Please note: We are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed for shipping.

Lost or Stolen Shipments
PEDAL Electric LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to carrier issues. If you would like to insure your order, a third-party insurance option is available at checkout. In the event of shipping damage or lost items in transit, the third-party insurance provider will be your primary point of contact for claims.

Returns & Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure returned items arrive in good condition.

Third-Party & Self-Shipping Restrictions
PEDAL Electric Bikes cannot provide any additional shipping documentation for third-party shipping services. Additionally, third-party and self-shipping of PEDAL Electric bikes or batteries is strictly prohibited due to certification requirements for battery transport.

Hawaii Orders
Hawaii residents do not qualify for standard shipping. Palletized freight orders are subject to additional fees, and orders containing only accessories or parts will still incur shipping charges. Please allow 30-60 days for transit on Hawaii orders.
