Shipping Terms

In stock orders will typically ship within 5-7 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order once the order has shipped. The order will ship within 5-7 business days if the order is processed successfully. But note processing of your order can take up to 3 business days if your purchase is flagged for possible fraudulent activity. It is important to check for an email from nofraud the day after you purchase your bike that will allow you to confirm your purchase and expedite the nofraud review. 

Any changes that you make to your shipment after the item is shipped, including but not limited to; changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences will surrender the option for replacement items and/or refunds. If this is necessary please reach out as quickly as you can, so we can assist before the order is shipped. 

Please note that PEDAL Electric LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to any parcel service fault. If you wish to insure your purchase, we do offer a 3rd party insurance option at check out. If any damage is incurred during the shipment, or your items get lost in transit, 3rd party insurance providers will be your point of contact in resolving the issue. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping back to us and an item is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for guaranteeing that we receive your returned item, and that this item is returned in good condition.

For any third-party shipping, PEDAL Electric bikes cannot provide ANY additional shipping information or documentation.

*Residents of HI, AK, and Canada do not qualify, palletized freight orders are subject to fees, orders including only accessories and/or parts will still have shipping fees applied.
