Classes of E-bikes

The type of e-bike you choose is going to impact the price.

 

  1. This class is your go to option for general cruising and riding. The cost will on average be anywhere from $600 to $1,000. You can expect a  premium battery and motor.

  2. Second class has more functionality around pedal assist with the integration of throttles. These will on average range from $1,100 to $2,600

  3. Third class goes the fastest, up to 28 mph and ranging from $1,600 to $4,000

Off-roading models also are specifically designed with added strength and durability for rougher terrains. This e-bike price can range anywhere from $2000 to $5000 because they are made of heavy high quality materials and high electric parts.

Additional Costs to Consider

Outside the initial price tag amount, other expenses and costs to consider include maintenance, charging, extras like helmets, locks and other accessories.
